Hola Aimfair members – we currently have 4 contracts, two for 3 Bedroom Spa, one for a 3 Bedroom Loft and one for a 4 Bedroom Residence. We also have an internal exchange option with these contracts for the 1 Bedroom Penthouse Lofts available on the 9th floor of Tower 5.

The 3 Bedroom Spa comes with 16 free rounds of golf at any course and 2 for 1 50 minute massages.

The 3 Bedroom Loft comes with 5 free rounds of golf at any course, additional unlimited golf rounds at $35 and 2 for 1 50 minute massages.

The 4 Bedroom Residence comes with 16 free rounds of golf on the Jack Nicklaus course and $45/round on the Greg Norman course unlimited play. Also 2 free 50 minute massages and 2 for 1 unlimited massages.

We have 12 month booking window for each.

At this time, pre-retirement, we have excess capacity until 2022. Please note, we won't be able to book Elite Weeks unfortunately.

Costs will be my costs plus 20% for administration.

Again, we have unique internal exchange options to accommodate any combination of 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom units. Send us a note to inquire.
